🌿Meet Nicky, the heart, hustle & sparkle behind Weltevreden Manor + .excellence Service Excellence ✨

Before she was welcoming couples into the Midlands hills, Nicky was sailing the world on private yachts, fine-tuning the art of 5-star service.

At just 27, she came home with a suitcase full of international experience (and a heart full of ideas) and decided to raise the bar for hospitality in KwaZulu-Natal. 💛

Fast-forward to today, and she’s not only the proud owner of Weltevreden Manor, but also the driving force behind Service Excellence, one of KZN’s most trusted event staffing and coordination companies.

From dreamy weddings under chandeliers to polished corporate soirées, her team has become known for service that feels effortless but unforgettable.

But here’s the thing: behind the scenes, Nicky is also a wife and proud mom of two, balancing family life with her passion for creating extraordinary celebrations.
