A celebration we were honoured to host, Brenda and her family joined us at our Manor for a very special 60th birthday weekend. 🌿

“We recently spent a weekend at Thyme Out Accommodation to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful.

The property is stunning and impeccably clean, with a garden that feels like a peaceful retreat. Every corner of the grounds reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay truly special.

The culinary experience was the highlight of our weekend. Chef Nomie prepared absolutely delicious meals. Each dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly crafted with creativity and skill.

It’s rare to encounter a chef who consistently delivers such high-quality dining in a setting that feels intimate and welcoming.

Thank you for ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. Your attention to detail and hospitality did not go unnoticed, and it made our celebration even more meaningful.

Before she was welcoming couples into the Midlands hills, Nicky was sailing the world on private yachts, fine-tuning the art of 5-star service.

At just 27, she came home with a suitcase full of international experience (and a heart full of ideas) and decided to raise the bar for hospitality in KwaZulu-Natal. 💛
