Celebrating 30 years of owning my own physiotherapy practice this year 🤍

What a journey it has been. It’s been deeply humbling because the more I’ve learned over the years, the more I’ve realised how much I didn’t know, and how many mistakes I’ve made along the way.

In these later years especially, the practice has grown into something far richer than I could ever have built on my own. The incredible physiotherapists who have joined me ,some long-term, some part-time have each contributed their own skills, passion and perspective, expanding the scope and quality of care we’re able to offer.

Our admin team has also been an absolute cornerstone. Their loyalty, efficiency and heart have taken such a load off my shoulders. I no longer feel like I’m carrying everything alone and that has been one of the greatest gifts.

And above all of this, through the highs and the lows, the doubts and the victories, God has been my constant. He is the One who has sustained me when I felt I couldn’t continue.
