This week during all of our swim lessons we taught the kids how to help themselves or someone else if caught in a tricky situation 🛟 💦 Everyone had to come in a full tracksuit and takkies.

We explained how rivers, dams and the ocean could all be risky swimming environments. Coach Tayla also explained what to do in an electric ⛈️ storm, where no immediate cover is available.

Safety 🛟 first!
