Recovery is like oxygen. Not very important until it's gone.

Do we really believe that addiction is a Primary illness and therefore the number 1, most important thing that needs to be dealt with in our lives?
If we structure our life around recovery, and doing whats necessary to be moving forward, every other part of our life improves. If not, ............ (fill in the blank for your own peculiar brand of crazy).
