MEET OUR GORGEOUS SHE POWHER AMBASSADOR -BONGIWE SITHOMO
🌍 DISABILITY RIGHTS AWARENESS MONTH 💜
Meet Bongiwe — a young woman whose strength defies every limitation. 🌸
Diagnosed with TB of the spine from a very young age, Bongiwe has spent most of her life in a wheelchair.
But her story is not one of struggle — it’s one of triumph.
✨✨✨
💬 “I AM FIRST A WOMAN, AND THEN DISABLED.” 💬
✨✨✨
For many women living with physical disabilities, menstruation brings extra challenges — limited access to proper sanitation facilities, the difficulty of changing disposable pads independently, and the emotional toll of managing periods without comfort or privacy.
Through the She PowHer Menstrual Cup, Bongiwe found freedom.
No more monthly uncertainty. No more dependence. No more fear of leaks or limited access.
Just dignity, safety, and the confidence to live without limits.
Her journey reminds us that menstrual health is a human right, and true inclusion means designing solutions that reach every woman — including those with disabilities.
💪 Because when women are given dignity, they find their PowHer.
