At Mobile Health Clinics Foundation, we’re celebrating by doubling down on our mission to give every child a healthy start through our Integrated School Health Programme (ISHP).

Through ISHP, our mobile clinics visit schools to provide:
🏫 Health screenings
🦷 Dental and oral health services
👀 Vision and hearing checks
🩺 Immunisations and deworming
🍎 Nutrition and hygiene education

By bringing healthcare directly to learners, we’re not just treating illness — we’re helping reduce school dropouts and building stronger futures.

Here are 5 quick tips to take better care of your eyesight:
👀 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
🥦 Eat for Your Eyes: Leafy greens, carrots, eggs & omega-3s support eye health.
😎 Wear Sunglasses: Protect your eyes from harmful UV rays, even on cloudy days.
💻 Reduce Screen Glare: Adjust brightness & use blue light filters when possible.
📅 Get Regular Eye Checkups: Early detection can prevent long-term issues.
