This kind of testimony just makes my day!

Here’s a lovely lady who took my advice to double down on the simple things like a regular bedtime and seeing morning light.

The aim was simply to help her sleep, which we did.

But then something else happened which she totally did not expect - a good night of rest resulted in a bit of a makeover!
