Let’s talk about breastfeeding, mamas 🤱

Breastfeeding is natural, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. It’s a skill you and baby will learn together. In those early days, your little one is figuring out how to suck, swallow and breathe, while you’re learning to hold, latch and trust your body.

Your body was made for this. Every feed releases hormones that boost your milk supply, calm your mind and strengthen your bond 💗 Its ancient, clever biology doing its thing.

Strength, flexibility, and stamina aren’t just for fitness - they matter during labor. 🤰

Preggy yoga and other gentle exercises strengthen the pelvic floor, hips, and core, making your body more resilient for labor and recovery. Some yoga poses even encourage optimal baby positioning! 👶💛

Mamas, ever thought about a water birth? 💧 Even a warm bath in labour can relax your body and ease pain - huge win!

Worried about baby in the water? A trained midwife keeps it safe, clean, and the perfect temperature. Baby is gently born into the water, then straight onto your chest.

It’s the change in temperature and pressure that helps baby take their first breath. And remember, you’re in charge: start in the water, step out to push, or stay in. Your birth, your rules! 💙
