We are running an Empathy Pathways course for therapists and healthcare practitioners in March and April! (All are welcome: arts therapists, psychotherapists, OTs, physios, social workers……).

This has been found to be the case in so many studies within all sorts of contexts. The accuracy of our understanding shoots up when we ask and really listen to the answer. Work on getting others’ perspectives rather than using all your imaginative energy trying to take their perspectives because in all likelihood you’ll probably land up just being wrong.
