Who am I?
My name is Jacqueline and I am the owner of YogaintheSouth.
This is a private business, created to reach out to neighboring suburbs (south of my area at the time) and offer a class at an affordable rate.
I am a qualified Yoga instructor and have been teaching for over 4 years now.
I am capable of instructing group and private sessions in styles of Hatha, Flow, ZenPilates and Guided Meditations. I am especially able to adjust and make classes more flexible for those with ailments, injuries, anxiety, as well as goals in their fitness journey.
