Kerry Weavind Yoga I am a Connection Coach, guiding you back to a state of conscious, present connection, with yourself, your body, internal dialogue and the external world.

I offer you the chance to experience something out of the ordinary to understand your wholeness. Kerry Weavind is passionate about sharing the journey to Bliss, Truth and Freedom, using embodiment as the starting point, but not the end. Kerry Weavind teaches spiritual awakening through accessing the hidden places in your body to heal, to integrate dense and subtle energies, to settle the mind in the body, and to navigate your personality to guide it to its organic place in the mind-body-spirit dynamic. She is insightful and intuitive and has a deep understanding and objective eye to bring awareness to blindspots and aid in healing on a deep and intrinsic level. Her processes are spontaneous based on what presents in your body, your conversation and intention so she can guide you to a curiosity about experiences and how to file them and integrate them in an empowering way. Kerry likes to provoke or inspire your own awareness starting in your body and following the stories that arise there into resolving stuck and hardened, defensive or protected places. Kerry has a natural curiosity and this will take you into the rabbit hole of your own psychology, thinking patterns and habits and assumptions so that you can see clearly for yourself. Feeling safe in your body is the first step and then approaching the personality and its interactions that are causing chaos in your life, and processing these through your body energy systems is what is possible. Through releasing the dense energy we experience physically (tight muscles, stuck places), we open to the subtle energy that is healing and brings us to a true knowing of ourselves. Learn to give your body a voice, to live from the heart.

Yoga.....a misunderstood practice.
Why would you want to be able to do this pose?

Because, in digging deep to find the blocked, locked, defensive, protective places in you, you give yourself more freedom.

Because, the mind has to learn to bend when the body bends and it will likely bend much more willingly through the body and movement, than if you approached the mind directly. That is also freedom.

Because, you learn over time, to say yes when everything inside of you is convinced you can't, and then you surprise yourself. And trust is built within you, for you. And that is freedom.

Because, when your muscles are strong AND flexible, they're way more conductive of life force or energy and that has a whole host of yummy benefits - like connected, conscious awareness. And that is freedom.

It's not about the pose. It's about the process

🔥 Today I witnessed the most powerful visual metaphor…

Two dishes.

One was completely burnt in just an hour at 480°.
The other? Perfectly cooked — after three hours at 150°.

And it hit me:

Real growth — whether personal, professional, or spiritual — isn’t about speed.
It’s about strategy, consistency, and patience.

We live in a world obsessed with urgency — with overnight success, fast results, and instant everything.
But the truth is, all the best things in life… take time. ❤️🙏🏼

So if your path feels slow, don’t be discouraged.
Maybe — just maybe — you're slow-cooking something extraordinary on a low flame.

Keep going. Your masterpiece is in the making. 🍲✨

Kerry Weavind, creator of Indie Yoga has been practicing and teaching for 20 years and has embodied the language of yoga, the gift of yoga, over a 20 year exploration. This experience is priceless in your journey with yoga - she understands every level of development in yoga, most possible experiences as she has gone through them all. Yoga is not prescriptive - there are guidelines to poses but there are more body types...Kerry understands how to get into a pose, how to guide your body, the mind-body relationship that opens up the body, and with these tools, you can access more than you thought possible.
