Our Story

Kaelo initially focused on tackling the challenges of HIV/AIDS and lifestyle diseases. Without losing focus on these key areas, we’ve expanded our remit to include a wider range of health access products, including our Gap Cover, and also our AskNelson advice and solutions offering.

In everything we do, we put people and their health first. We aim to engage sincerely with our brokers, corporate clients and customers, and we always keep our promises. We believe in simplifying the complicated world of health cover and delivering affordable, accessible products to more South Africans.
