💙 November is Men’s Mental Health Month 💙
This one’s for every man out there carrying invisible weight. For those who feel like they have to be strong all the time. For those who’ve been told “man up” when all they needed was a listening ear.

Your struggles are valid. Your emotions are valid. Your pain is real.

It takes courage to admit you’re not okay. It takes strength to ask for help. Real strength isn’t suffering in silence—it’s breaking the silence.

To every man reading this:
✨ Your mental health matters
✨ You deserve support and compassion
✨ Vulnerability is not weakness
✨ You are not alone

If you’re struggling, please reach out. Talk to someone you trust, call a helpline, or consider speaking with a therapist. Healing is possible, and you deserve to feel better.

Let’s break the stigma together. Tag a man in your life who needs to hear this today. 💙

Depression makes everything feel like climbing Everest. Sending an email? Everest. Making a phone call? Everest. Getting out of bed? You get it.

The 2-minute rule isn’t about being productive. It’s about tricking your brain into movement when it’s convinced everything is impossible.

Can’t clean your room? Put away 5 items (2 mins).

Can’t do the dishes? Move one mug closer to the sink (30 seconds).

Can’t text people back? Open the message app (10 seconds).

You’re not being lazy. You’re being strategic.
What’s one 2-minute task you could do today?

Your social battery is REAL. It’s not you being antisocial or dramatic or rude.

Some days you have energy for people. Some days existing in the same room as others feels like running a marathon.

Neither is a character flaw.

You don’t owe anyone your energy. You don’t have to explain why you’re on low battery. “No” is a complete sentence.

And if you’re at 0% right now? That’s valid. Rest. Recharge. The world can wait.

Drop your current battery level below 👇 No judgment zone.
Check bio for ‘The I Can’t Even Journal,’ and learn how to unapologetically honour and navigate your social battery during depressive episodes.

With ‘The I Can’t Even Journal’ (see bio for info on how to get the journal), I’m not here to sell you a 30-day transformation or tell you that journaling will cure your depression.
I’m here to tell you that “barely functioning” still counts as functioning. That going backwards some days doesn’t erase your progress. That survival mode is a valid way to exist.
You don’t need to be “better” to deserve good things.
You don’t need to be “healed” to be worthy.
You just need to be here.
And you are. So that’s something.
