The value of workshops:

There are so many reasons why having workshops on mental health related topics are beneficial for both individuals and companies.

Workshops help create awareness, develop skills and coping mechanisms, decrease stigmas, improves mental health and productivity and helps develop better understanding.

I recently had the privilege presenting the following 3 workshops for a company:

- Mindsets: Fixed vs Growth
- Respecting Boundaries: Both Personal and Professional
- Stress Management and Burnout Prevention

I really enjoy presenting workshops and I love seeing the value it adds.
