As a Biokineticist who has been through it - I’ve learnt to not just look at symptoms or exercises in isolation.
I look at the system as a whole.
Sleep.
Stress.
Recovery.
Movement quality.
Education.
Because the body doesn’t adapt under constant pressure - it adapts when it is supported.
This approach may seem controversial in a world that glorifies doing more, pushing harder, and ignoring signals…
but this is how we build bodies that last long term!
This is the Shift.
