✨ Teacher Spotlight: Jenny ✨
Jenny’s yoga journey began unexpectedly when she and a group of friends decided to attend a yoga retreat, despite never having practised before. Guided by her son Jamie through preparation classes, she quickly discovered a deep love for the practice. What started with the physical poses soon grew into a passion for the rich history, philosophy, chanting, and the sense of community that brought her to the mat every day. 🧘‍♀️
In 2019, Jenny leapt and joined her first yoga teacher training with Sarah Bentz—a decision that profoundly impacted her life. Grateful for Sarah’s guidance, Jenny has since completed several other modules with her and other inspiring teachers, each one enriching her journey in unique ways.
With her warm soul and kind heart, Jenny embodies the essence of yoga both on and off the mat. For her, yoga is more than just a practice; it’s a way of life that teaches kindness, compassion, and love. 🙏
