When you are young, your body looks after you but after a certain age, you have to look after your body. “When one makes a commitment to take action that contributes to their wellbeing, no matter how small, they will enjoy the rewards. I’m enjoying my retirement as a runner and traveller with all the youth in me” said Aunt Makhosi.
