You were created for greatness.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I' M CALLED TO LEAD?

This is a question that doesn’t come with a neon sign or a booming voice from the clouds but it is a question worth asking.

Leadership isn't just about having a title or standing in front.
Sometimes, it’s about being the one who shows up, the one who listens, the one who steps forward when others hesitate.

Here are a few signs that might point to a calling to lead:

✅ You notice what needs to be done, and you feelrestless when no one is doing it.

✅ People naturally come to you for direction, even when you're not in charge.

✅ You care deeply about outcomes, people, and purpose,not just control.

✅ You’ve walked through pain or growth that gave you something to offer others.

✅ You're willing to take responsibility, even when it’s not convenient.

✅ You see potential in others and want to help them rise.

Truth is, leadership isn't about being ready, it's about being willing

If you’ve ever asked, “Am I called to lead?”… maybe the better question is:

“Am I willing to serve others with what I’ve been given?”

Leadership starts right where you are. In your home.

In your community, in that room where everyone is waiting for someone to go first.

ARE LEADERS BORN OR MADE?

This question has echoed through generations, are great leaders born with it, or do they become leaders through growth and experience?

Here’s the truth…

Some people are naturally gifted with confidence, courage, and vision, but natural talent alone doesn’t make a great leader.

True leadership is forged through learning, discipline, and life experiences.

Even in the Bible, we see this truth:

David was chosen and anointed young (born for it), but he became a great king through years of preparation and challenges (made through process).

Leadership is not about where you start; it’s about how you grow.

You may be born with potential, but you become a leader through process.

Leaders are born with seeds of greatness, but they are made in the fire of experience!

VISIONARY LEADERSHIP : How Leaders Create and Sustain Vision.

Every great leader carries a vision that goes beyond today. Vision is the picture of a future that doesn’t yet exist, but can exist if someone dares to believe and lead others toward it.

A visionary leader does three things:

1️⃣ Sees Clearly – They see opportunities where others see obstacles.

2️⃣ Communicates Boldly – They paint the picture of the future so clearly that others can see it too.

3️⃣ Sustains Faithfully – They remain consistent, even when challenges arise, because they know vision requires persistence.

Remember: Vision is not just about where you’re going, it’s about bringing people along with you and keeping the fire burning until the dream becomes reality.

Not every leader builds, some unknowingly destroy the very team they’re meant to lead.

Here are leadership styles that crush unity, creativity, and growth:

1️⃣ Dictatorial Leadership – When a leader’s word is final and no opinion is welcomed, the team suffocates.

2️⃣ Inconsistent Leadership – Constantly changing decisions and unclear direction breeds confusion and mistrust.

3️⃣ Micromanagement – Watching every move and never trusting your team kills initiative and innovation.

4️⃣ Favoritism – When some are lifted and others ignored, division takes root.

5️⃣ Unapproachable Leadership – A leader who cannot be corrected, advised, or questioned sets the team up for failure.

A true leader inspires, builds, and empowers. Leadership is not about control, it’s about creating an environment where others can grow and shine.
