Myth as medicine at a time when we need to access new ways of being for ourselves and our communities, including organisational. If you're in Johannesburg and available on Saturday morning, I hope you will join me.

Autumn Harvest: A Biodanza experience.
Seeds are planted in the Spring and they grow in the Summer. Autumn is the season for harvesting what we've planted, and for transitioning into the renewal that Winter brings.
Join me on

Drama Therapist, Leadership Coach, Family & Organisational Constellations Facilitator
Specialising in working with clients to renegotiate individual and collective trauma symptoms, including developmental trauma. I work with adults, teenagers and children aged 7+. I provide group and individual psychotherapy that promotes health, self-expression and resourcefulness . My work is informed by Jungian and Gestalt thinking, and creative, embodied approaches. These offer opportunities for change and healing, through playing with different ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
My skills and experience include family and organisational constellations, sand play, somatic experiencing® and psycho-neuro-immunology; which I draw on in the therapeutic encounter. I have a deep appreciation for using teaching stories and myth in therapy,
Having worked in organisational and leadership development for over 20 years, I am passionate about working with leaders and other organisational participants, to sustain healthy functioning whilst navigating personal growth and often challenging organisational dynamics. I do this in my capacity as a therapist, or as a leadership coach, depending on my clients’ requirements.
ABOUT DRAMA THERAPY
Drama Therapy, a mental health profession within the creative arts therapies, engages the healing aspects of dramatic mediums such as story, imagery, movement, symbolism, ritual and projective play, to help clients explore and reflect. The practice enables giving safe expression to what is sometimes easier to describe non-verbally, and allows for deeper connections and unconscious insights to emerge. It is active and experiential, and provides the context for clients to tell their stories, access internal resources, express feelings, renegotiate stress symptoms, and more. In the therapy, the depth and breadth of inner experiences can be actively explored, and personal wellbeing, as well as interpersonal relationship skills, can be enhanced
