I am a certified Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) Facilitator and trainer.

I specialize in trauma and bereavement and also provide general individual counseling and relationship skills building - particularly for those who practice forms of CNM. I am a counsellor that focuses on short, targeted interventions to assist my clients in addressing the issues they find problematic in order to enable them to live their lives in a manner they desire.

Hi everyone. If you have been looking for targeted tools to help your clients with Trauma and Grief, the Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) workshop will give you exactly that.

I have been facilitating TIR and Unblocking sessions for over 15 years, and I am passionate about training others because I have seen and experienced first-hand just how much relief they can bring, in a short amount of time.

These techniques allow the client to achieve their own healing, in line with their own worldview and values, and are well-suited to working in cross-cultural contexts.
