How do you like to have your Moringa?

Serving suggestion:
-Stir a small amount into plain yoghurt or amasi with fruit. Its healthy and delicious.
-Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon over your Millet Porridge after cooking
- I personally mix 1/2 teaspoon of moringa, cayenne pepper, tumeric, chia seeds and flax seeds with a little bit of water. Let it stand for a few minutes and then add some lemon juice and drink. πŸ˜‰

Packed with fibre, protein, and minerals, millet is naturally gluten-free and helps keep your blood sugar steady and your energy up all day long. πŸ’›

You can cook it as a porridge, salad, or side dish millet is a wholesome, budget-friendly way to nourish your family the natural way. 🌿

Simple & Comforting Millet Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup millet
3 cups water or milk (or half of each)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
Β½ tsp cinnamon
Optional toppings: banana slices, apple pieces, nuts, or a spoon of yoghurt

Instructions:
Rinse the millet well in a sieve.
In a pot, bring the water (or milk) and salt to a gentle boil.
Add the millet, stir, and reduce the heat to low.
Simmer for about 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and creamy.
Stir in honey and cinnamon.
Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
