The Heart of Awareness Retreat is a 6-day immersive journey into embodied awareness, intuitive wisdom and heart-centred living — held in the breathtaking forest sanctuary of Santani Wellness Resort, Sri Lanka.
This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to step into their heart space and deeply connect to their spiritual heart so that they can :

Reiki is a gentle non invasive form of energy healing that supports the whole being ,body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Reiki energy is channeled through the practitioner with heart connect, love, compassion and intention .
Reiki helps to calm the nervous system, released stored emotions, restores balance where it’s needed most and supports the flow of energy through the chakras. Although many experience deep relaxation, emotional clarity, improved sleep, and a renewed sense of peace, the experience is different for each person as each one is working through their own emotions .
Reiki is not something done to you.
It is a remembering of wholeness, harmony, and your natural state of well-being.
Each session meets you exactly where you are, supporting what your system is ready to receive with compassion and intelligence.
Healing unfolds in its own way and supports the mind & body in its own releasing & healing process . One does not need to have a reason to receive reiki-just have an open heart and mind to receive it .

If we are happy, we do not hear from the heart. When we are about to make a good choice, the heart simply remains a silent witness to the decision we are contemplating. There is a natural sense of contentment.

When we are not happy with ourselves, the heart becomes restless. It lets us know that something needs to change. Listening to the heart’s signals is the first step. The second step is to make use of those signals—to ask the heart questions in such a way that we receive clear indications. Slowly, we get the hang of it, and the more we listen, the clearer the messages become.”

Welcome to our 60-minute Yoga Nidra session, where you'll embark on a journey of deep relaxation and inner calm. Yoga Nidra, yogic sleep, is a powerful guided deep meditation practice that allows you to access a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. During this meditation you'll learn to quiet your mind, release tension, and drop into a space of calm and ease .
As we go deeper into the art of rest together, you will increase your self-awareness and surrender into complete rest . Let's begin our journey into the depths of relaxation and inner peace. ‎
