The 21st of January 2026 marked a significant day for Nondabuya Clinic as they hosted a Prayer Day, a first-of-its-kind event. The purpose was to express gratitude to God for the outstanding work done and to welcome the new Operational Manager, Mr. Sikhosana, who commenced his duties on the 1st of January 2026.

As a former Operational Manager for Outreach programmes under the Senior Management of Othobothini CHC, he is familiar with the Department. The event was attended by community leaders, stakeholders, including neighbouring schools, partners/supporters, local businesses, and the community at large.

Rev. Mthembu shared the word of God from Exodus 13:14, 2 Chronicles 7:14, emphasizing the importance of humility and seeking the Lord. A prayer of declaration of peace and excellence was said over the team and the community. Community leaders appreciated the good relationship they have with the Department of Health through the CHC and its clinics.

Indeed, it was a tremendous day.

Today's headlines. On January 21st, 2026, we marked the third week of the new year. Othobothini CHC dedicated this day as a "Year Opening Prayer Day," where staff and Exco management gathered to thank God and seek guidance.

Apostle MW Myeni from Emmanuel Zoe Ministries delivered a powerful message , reading Exodus 1:15-18, inspiring many to fear God. As they serve the community, their God-fearing approach will guide their actions.

CEO: Mrs. D.S Mkhwanazi shared keynotes, recognizing staff achievements received in 2025 and encouraging continued excellence in 2026. She emphasized the importance of positive staff attitudes, treating clients like our family and adhering to the dress code.

The day concluded on a positive note, filled with joy. Fear of the Lord will yield positive results.
