Years ago, I felt the same.
I was exhausted, bloated, overstressed, and constantly pushing myself.
My gut was the first thing to collapse under the pressure.

Everything changed when I slowed down:

Imagine this...

It’s 10 pm.
The day finally slows down… The dishes are done, kids asleep, maybe a cup of tea in hand.
You tell yourself, “Just one more scroll.”

And before you know it, your eyes are buzzing, your belly feels heavy, and sleep won’t come easily.

It’s not just the blue light.
It’s the message your body gets:
“It’s still daytime. Keep digesting. Stay awake.”

Our biology listens to light more than it listens to clocks.
Morning light tells your gut it’s time to move and make energy.
Evening darkness tells it to rest, repair, and heal.

So when screens glow long after sunset, our bodies stay in “go mode.""

Digestion slows. Hormones drift. We wake up tired and reach for more caffeine.

The fix isn’t perfection. It’s awareness.
