The laws of life call for restitution in cases of injustice, yet the reality of a black man is that his oppressor has no intention of restoring what he has damaged or return what he has stolen. The apartheid regime was engineered to enslave, particularly the mind of its victim. The psyche of a black man, woman and child has been manipulated to self destruct and only we can remedy our own maladies.

Mental Health goes beyond a clinical diagnosis... It has to do with all that makes a being... The state of our families, communities and country is indicative of the state of our minds and if our intention is to heal our land we need to start with healing the mind.

We need to entertain sensitive discourses, we need to come up with active solutions that will rehabilitate the mindset and restore our dignity. Nova Mente (New Mind) wellness pledges to commit to this expedient change... Will you?
