I am super exited to share this recipe with you! Tried and tested in my kitchen.

SUGAR FREE/LACTOSE FREE CONDENSED MILK
(Equivalent to half a tin)
80ml Xylitol (1/3 Cup)
125ml Rice Milk Powder (1/2 Cup)
7.5ml Vanilla Essence (1/2 Teaspoon)
40ml Boiling Water
37,5ml Coconut Oil (1 1/2 Dessert Spoon)
Mix dry ingredients in food processor
Add oil, vanilla and boiling water
Mix well until mixture is thick (Approx 3 min)
Cool in fridge and use as needed (min 1 Hour)
Note: Water must be boiling hot.
I found that the Xylitol makes it slightly granular, but the taste is great.
