✈️ Travel Tips for a Healthy Smile 🦷
1. Pack a Dental Travel Kit
Don’t forget the essentials… toothbrush, travel-size toothpaste, floss, and mouthwash. Keep them in your carry-on for easy access on long flights!
2. Keep Your Toothbrush Dry
Use a ventilated case so your brush can air out… bacteria love damp, closed spaces.
3. Watch Out for Water Quality
If the tap water isn’t safe to drink, don’t use it to brush your teeth either. Use bottled or filtered water instead.
4. Limit Sugary Travel Snacks
Airplane snacks and road trip treats can be loaded with sugar. Opt for nuts, cheese, or crunchy veggies to keep teeth happy.
