We at Roné Grobbelaar Biokineticist are passionate about the role of exercise as preventative and rehabilitative medicine as well as in the management of overall health and well-being. Roné Grobbelaar Biokineticist will strive to assist you in your journey to a functional, pain free life that will allow you to reach your personal goals in a safe and comfortable way. This will be done through individualized, scientifically-based assessment and exercise prescription in the context of your specific pathology (acute or chronic) and/or personal goals. Roné Grobbelaar Biokineticist brings professional biokinetic services to you. Consultations, assessments and exercise sessions will be done in the comfort of your own home, or a predetermined venue. We can assist you if you:

- Suffer from a chronic cardiovascular or metabolic condition (heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, etc.)

- Suffer from orthopaedic conditions that prevent you from optimizing your quality of life (joint or muscle problems)

- Suffer from a neurological condition (stroke, Parkinson's disease, Multiple Sclerosis)

- Had surgery and are finding it difficult to recover fully ('prehab' and 'rehab')

- Suffered an injury which continues to hamper your ability to function optimally

- Require exercise as part of a weight-management program

- Require exercise to improve your performance of activities of daily living (gardening, housework, driving, etc.)

- Want to mange low muscle tone (teenagers) or frailty (elderly)

- Are sedentary and need to increase your physical fitness levels

- Need to improve your general physical abilities or posture
