This weekend we celebrated our year-end function at Gold Reef City! 🎉

As an Occupational Health provider working closely with the mining industry, it was incredibly valuable to experience what it looks and feels like underground in a real mine. We learned so much and gained an even deeper appreciation for the environments our clients work in every day. ⛏️💛

After the tour, we enjoyed all the thrilling rides and unforgettable moments together — what a fun day for everyone! 🎢😄

Please avoid caffeine and energy drinks (including coffee, Monster, Red Bull, and others) before your occupational medical exam.

Excessive caffeine can elevate your heart rate and blood pressure, leading to inaccurate results and possible re-testing.

We’ve seen it all — from jittery hands to sky-high vitals, thanks to a double espresso or energy drink “boost”! 😅

✅ Tip: Stick to water, rest well the night before, and arrive calm and hydrated.
Your body (and the medical team) will thank you.
