5) THE IMPROVEMENTS The lodge is situated within its own electrified security fence, offers accommodation for 8 people and overlooks a wide bushveld area with a wooden deck and splash pool. The lodge consists of a main building with open plan kitchen, dining room, living room and loft area upstairs and two large freestanding en-suite bedrooms, all measuring 151 m² in total. The main lodge and bedroom units have wooden decks of 44 m² in total with a viewpoint deck and splash pool. The lodge has a thatched car port and wooden Wendy house as store room. It is situated on a hill and at about 2.5 km from the main gate of the “private reserve” All the furniture, decoration, linen, crockery, cutlery, etc. are included in the sale.

6) GAME FARM DETAIL

Roads Owners and visitors have access to most sections of the whole “private reserve” and roads are maintained with its own equipment by the staff of the bigger concern. The farm has several kilometres of well-maintained roads plus plenty of additional trails which are also well maintained. There is several 4x4 mountain trails on the farm.

Water There are a large ground dam on the farm two bore holes of which one is fitted. There is also a 3rd fitted solar borehole inside the reserve that delivers water to the earth dam.

Vegetation The trees are not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing to the eye, as can be seen from pictures. A wide variety of indigenous trees cover this beautiful area forming a breath taking tranquil landscape and being an important part of animal, bird and insect nutrition.

Game There are various species of game on the farm including: Zebra, Springbok, Njala, Waterbuck, Ostrich, Koedoe, Gemsbok, Giraffe, Eland etc.

Free roaming Game Several species of Duiker, steenbok, warthog, rabbit, porcupine, baboon, monkey, squirrel and jackal roams freely on the farm. This farm has exceptional nocturnal life and is bird lover’s heaven.
