My story 🤍

There was a time I thought I was doing everything right.

I was eating well, exercising, and taking care of myself…
but my body was still struggling.

I was eventually told I had IBS,
and the only explanation was stress.

At the time, I didn’t fully understand it.
I thought stress was just something in the mind.

But over time, I began to see how deeply stress affects the body.

I saw it again in someone close to me,
where stress was linked to a serious health condition.

That’s when everything shifted for me.

Now, I’m passionate about helping people understand
how stress impacts their body,
and how to support it in a more compassionate way 🤍🌿

Grateful beyond words 🤍

This weekend’s Live Event reminded me exactly why I do what I do. Being surrounded by an incredible team, witnessing the support, encouragement, and genuine care within this community, it truly felt like family.

There is something so powerful about bringing people together in the same space… learning, growing, laughing, supporting one another, and celebrating every step of the journey. The energy, connection, and shared purpose were simply unforgettable.

When “We Are Family” played, it perfectly captured what this community feels like, not just colleagues or students, but a group of people who lift each other up and walk this path together.

So grateful to be part of something so special, and to work alongside the most dedicated, heart-led humans. Thank you for the trust, the teamwork, and the magic created ✨

Today I heard something that really stuck with me:

‘I don’t let the weather affect me, because then it means I could also allow people to effect me.’

It reminded me how often we hand over our power, whether to a grey sky, a stressful meeting, or someone else’s mood. 🌧️➡️🌞

The truth is, we can’t control the weather, and we can’t control other people. But we can choose how much power we give them over our energy and emotions.

Next time something external feels heavy, pause and ask yourself: Am I letting this affect me, or am I choosing to stay centred?

Building on my Level 5 Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching, this training has deepened my skills to better support people in navigating change, building resilience, and aligning their actions with their true values. It’s given me even more tools to help others reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and create sustainable health habits that truly last.

Every step of this journey reminds me that growth is not just about knowledge, but about applying it with compassion, presence, and curiosity 💛
