Gerda Mulders Physiotherapist Im a hands on Physio with 30 years of experience in Sport, Ortho and Rehab Physio. Im a runner myself and have a special intrest in Sport injuries.

I am an evidence based practice with a special intrest in sport injuries and Ortho rehab. I worked very closely with an Ortho and often went in theatre with him where we were on the forefront of the newest research in reconstructive surgery and rehab. I have 30 years of experience in Physiotherapy. I am a runner and I have been running for 20 years. I have 2 Comrades under my belt and numerous marathons. i often run with my patients to assess their running form. I had a practice in Pretoria for 25 years and moved to Durban 5 years ago, where I started a new practice in Upper Highway. I make hour appointments to assess, treat and work out a rehab programme to get my patients back to a pain free life style. My other fields are chronic headaches, Cervical/Neck pain, Spinal pathology including Sciatica and peripheral joint issues. I use soft tissue mobilisation techniques, dry needling, OMT, electrotherapy, patient specific rehab programmes and sport tape. I also do home visits, especially now in covid.
