🐾 FINAL WEEK: Valley Dogs Food Drive at Riley Physios! 🐾

We’re in the last stretch, and KZN Valley Dogs urgently need our help. Their food supplies are running critically low, and every contribution — big or small — genuinely makes a difference to the animals they care for.

If you’re able to donate, please drop off any dry dog food at any Riley Physiotherapists practice before the end of this week. (Gillitts Medical Centre, Femina Health or Le Domaine Health).

As an added option, for anyone unable to get to us, The Dog Food Dude has kindly offered to assist by delivering food to us on your behalf. Rimax Dog Food is R375 for a whopping 20kg. (Please see the number in the post below).

The heart of this drive is getting food to Valley Dogs as quickly as possible.

Today, the last group of our 6-week pain programme centered around 2 ideas:
Staying in the present helps you with pain because it's the only reality you can make changes in.
Restoring a healthy mind-body relationship shifts you from being reactive to pain (controlled by it) to being responsive despite it (choosing for yourself).
Here's hoping you stay present and responsive to life this weekend!
