Homeostasis SA Making sure you Get well, keep balanced and stay well The iris is like a map presenting each organ as a reflex point.

Iridology helps us determine various chronic health issues behind symptoms as the iris can reveal predispositions of organ strengths and weaknesses. Various signs and structures in the iris reveal weakness of organs allowing us to assess what is truly happening in the body. It can assist with identifying inflammation, debris settlement and accumulation in the body and where it is located and how it is manifested. A big step is allowing the body to heal and not just supressing the symptoms. Suppression tends to drive toxins deeper into the tissues of the body and further weaken it. By utilizing specific foods and supporting the body with herbs and tinctures we drive out the toxins and prepare the body to heal and strengthen itself. The body is very specific how it wants to heal... it will tell US and not the other way around. We need to pay attention to the symptoms .Until we listen to our body we will be off balance. Traditional medicine is failing us more and more as doctors are becoming busier and busier and they end up having less time for their patients and prescribing more and more drugs. Balancing your body from years of abuse is harder than you think. The first step would be finding out what is out of balance and to try and achieve equilibrium of mind, body and soul. We are beings that are influenced by the state of all three working together in harmony. Iridology helps us find the cause of the problem and from there we just help the body to heal.

A lighter halo around the pupil indicates inflammation and hyperacidity in the intestinal tract and stomach. It also indicates dysbiosis - the imbalance of bacteria in the gut.
Did you know that one course of antibiotics can wipe the entire microbial population in your gut causing dysbiosis? It can take up to a year for microbial population to recover. Most probiotics available over the counter contain one or two types of good bacteria, our gut inhabits over a trillion.
Dysbiosis is one of the most common and underestimated health issues. Dysbiosis is one of the key triggers to leaky gut syndrome creating sensitivity to foods and compromising the immune system.
It takes time to fix, a good start is being mindful about what you eat and getting some good probiotics into your body. If you prefer the most natural way then adding some fermented foods is a good idea.
A great product like kimchi that is wholly organic and vegan approved is a must. On our journey we found delectable Kimchi by Kinky Kimchi

Iridology can be defined as the science of studying and analyzing the signs in the iris. It is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that provides a trained practitioner with important information of a patient’s overall state of health and strengths and weaknesses. It reveals each individual’s genetic make-up.

Since the nervous system connects the iris directly with the brain Iridology is a extremely power tool that gives a trained practitioner the ability to view both the quality of the connective tissue of the iris and the functioning of the nervous system.

The Iris can be called the fingerprint of the body as it reveals each individual's genetic make-up. It displays, much like a television screen, every single stimulus from the body the brain receives.

Any change in the body’s functions, or any disturbance in homeostasis can be seen and interpreted through Iridology. The tissue changes that take place in the body makes Iridology an especially valuable tool in the treatment of chronic diseases. The signs in the iris reflect the genetic inherited pattern in constitutions, together with structural, colour and neurological changes that occur within the iris over a period of time. These signs may indicate abnormal tissue conditions.

A partial atrophy of the pupil boarder is a common sign and involves the endocrine system. People with this sign need to learn how to cope with stress as poor adaptation to stress results in immune suppression. People with this sign also have an idealistic personality but can suffer from general anxiety

Iridology cannot determine disease; Instead it is used to recognise the individual constitution, inherent strengths and weaknesses, toxins and their location, poor waste clearance, inflammation, biochemical deficiencies and the general health of the individual. Signs of biochemical and physiological needs and changes in the body can be detected long before the appearance of symptoms, thus enabling the trained practitioner to prevent disease before it can manifest.

Leaky gut is more prevalent than you think. The two biggest culprits are :

DIET

Consuming high amounts of refined sugars, processed foods, preservatives, refined flours, and flavorings introduces massive amounts of chemicals into the body that is seen as toxic. If your body has a hard time keeping up the toxins start to build up and cause inflammation

STRESS

Chronic stress almost always results in a suppressed immune system. A weakened immune system cannot handle doing it’s normal job and gets overrun with pathogens very quickly. This increases overall gut inflammation leading to increased permeability of the intestinal lining.

Bacteria and toxins can enter the blood stream and cause inflammation throughout the body. This can trigger a response from the immune system which goes into overdrive.

The best approach is to heal and support. This is not a quick fix and will take lots of determination and long term commitment.
