No 6. Also a pressure ulcer. Again patient was not turned regularly but in this instance she had a sacral pressure ulcer also, she was left on the side most comfortable for her. Regardless to say this ulcer was a thumb deep if you put your finger in you could feel the bone. At the beginning the ligament was visible.

For the next few weeks we going to concentrate on pressure ulcers.
Below is graphics of the stages of pressure ulcers. On your right hand side you will see one of my sacral pressure ulcer the pen mark is the actual size of the ulcer, it healed with out any surgical intervention it took us 4 to 5 months to heal.

No 5. This wound was one of my biggest challenges.
Patient was discharge from hospital with an open wound, after a femoral bypass. We had infection in the wound at one stage. It took 3 to 4 months for it to heal. This is just a few photos that was taken. I can say that the pasient is fully recovered.
