Here are some facts and tips we love sharing with our patients:

​Fact: The lifespan of your case is 3 months! After that, it becomes a breeding ground for bacteria, even with regular cleaning. Mark your calendar and swap it out!
​Tip: Put your contacts in before you apply makeup, and take them out before you remove it. This minimizes the risk of makeup residue getting trapped under the lens.
​Fact: Feeling dry? Blink fully and frequently! We often blink only halfway when staring at screens, which can dry out your lenses faster. Give your eyes a full refresh!
