Good morning, good people! Happy Tuesday!

Today’s lesson:*how to properly care for your feet.*

1:👣- check your feet daily for any new changes.
2:👣- trim your nails straight across with sterile nail cutters.
3:👣- wash your feet in warm water but avoid soaking them, so they don’t dry out.
4:👣- apply a body oil or lotion while your skin is still damp (make sure you dry out your interdigital spaces thoroughly to avoid maceration, this reduces the risk of developing interdigital corns).
5:👣- put a pair of socks on to avoid any slips or falls (avoid walking barefoot).
