MYTHS AND FACTS :
1. Eating carrot will improve your vision.
🥕🥕° Carrots have a high amount of vitamin A, nutrients which is essential for the body to maintain healthy eyesight, however just a small amount of vitamin A is needed for vision. Vitamin A only helps in maintaining good eyesight BUT it really won't improve your vision or keep you from needing glasses or contacts.
2. You can improve your vision with eye exercises.
👀🦾° Vision cannot be improved by eye exercises neither will it reduce the need for glasses.
3. Looking directly at the sun - can improve your health.
🌞🌞° Without wearing the right eye protection and staring at the sun can cause damage to your retina permanently or cause blindness. A special purpose solar filter that meet ISO standard is the only way , which is why clients are strongly advised
to add pgx ( sungray) for prevention.
FACT : keeping an eye on your vision by getting eye exams / screening. Which helps by eye conditions/ diseases being detected as they may be affecting your eyesight.
