PowerFlow Yoga is a powerful, energetic style where you flow seamlessly from one pose to the next, connecting breath and movement. It’s vigorous, revitalising, and the ultimate full-body workout — building strength, flexibility, balance, cardio fitness, and mental stamina all in one session.

Expect familiar sequences with variations to intensify, challenge, and push your limits. You’ll work through headstands, handstands, arm balances, and deep backbends — and yes, you’ll definitely sweat!

Faster and fiercer than regular yoga, PowerFlow gets your heart pumping while toning and stretching every muscle. Each class brings its own fiery flavour — more flow, less chanting, and loads of energy.

⚡ Not for beginners. PowerFlow builds on the strength and range of movement from Vinyasa or Ashtanga. If you love those, you’ll absolutely love PowerFlow!

What is Yoga Nidra?

Also known as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided meditation done lying down. It brings you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where deep healing and relaxation take place.

The room will be warm (but not hot) to keep you cosy, but please bring a blanket and a pillow so you can settle in and get truly comfortable.

Think of it as a nap for the soul—with benefits that linger long after the session ends.

Rooted in ancient Indian tradition, Ashtanga follows the “eight-limbed path” described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras — a roadmap to physical vitality, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.

Each class moves through a set sequence of postures, building heat, strength, flexibility, and focus. The steady rhythm of breath creates a moving meditation that challenges the body while quieting the mind.

Be Still. Be Present. Be Yin. 🌙

Slow down and surrender with Yin Yoga — a deeply grounding, floor-based practice that invites stillness into both body and mind.
In Yin, we hold postures for longer periods, supported by props, allowing the body to soften and the connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, and joints — to gently open and release.

It’s not about pushing or striving. It’s about yielding.
We use the postures to move into our bodies, rather than forcing our bodies into the postures.
This is where the magic happens — in the quiet, in the breath, in the letting go.

Is Yin Yoga suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Yin is suitable for complete beginners, but at the same time is great for sports people and experienced Yogis who need to stretch and relax muscles.

Our Vin2Yin class is the perfect union of yang and yin — beginning with a dynamic, energising Vinyasa flow to awaken your strength, and melting into long-held, grounding Yin postures that restore calm and balance.

It’s the dance between movement and stillness, power and surrender — the sun and the moon within you. 🌞🌙
Whether you need to sweat, stretch, or simply reconnect, this class leaves you centred, open, and deeply at ease.

Is Vin2Yin suitable for beginners?
Yes, but we recommend absolute beginners attend a few Hatha and Yin classes before attending Vin2Yin. This is a good stepping stone for yogis looking to transition from Hatha to Vinyasa Flow.
