Our next session will begin on the 13th of September until the 23rd of the same month. We offer detox and weight loss programs and also education and training that will help you combat the following lifestyle diseases: Diabetes, High blood pressure, Cancer, High Cholesterol. We also have one on one counseling sessions that aims to assist and educate you in dealing with Stress and Depression. All of this and more happens during your 11 day stay at our Lifestyle Education Centre. "My only desire for this place is that it might grow, that people might know about it and that it might help many other people." These are the words of one of our guests as we bade them goodbye on Sunday. By the grace of God our first session went well, and the common expression from all of our guests was a desire to come back for the full session. And so we praise the Lord for the success He granted us.

Exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body and our guests have been experiencing it's benefits throughout their stay so far. Each day we have exercise sessions that aims to educate our guests on exercise movements that they can do at the comfort of their own home. After every meal our guests go with their counselors for a digestion walk and they have been enjoying it thus far. The Lord is blessing.

Some of the healthy foods that our guests are partaking of during their stay. It is amazing how each guest can't seem to close their mouths on how delicious the food is, and they are even requesting recipes to take back home. Our guests are on a plant based diet and they are enjoying it! :)

We praise the Lord that the PureHealth Lifestyle Education Centre is officially open. Our first trial guests arrived yesterday afternoon and today is their first day of treatments, cooking classes and also health presentations. We look forward to a week packed with blessed experiences.
