Fitness - A few guidelines
1) Everybody needs a minimum of at least 40 minutes of exercise a day, Every day.
2) Four sessions in the week, must at least produce a light sweat.
3) Do not try to become Over Fit overnight, rather increase your fitness level gradually.
4) Remember even Walking is exercise. Sometimes a Good brisk walk is better on your knees than running depending on your age. If you have access to a Gym, Weight training and Stretching are better than Cardio vascular exercises only. 4 Sessions of Weight training and 3 sessions of Cardiovascular training is sufficient.
5) People complain about Arthritis, but most of the time it is lack of movement in the Joints, that causes the inflammation. What you don't use, you lose.
6) Exercise is a Must. 40 minutes a day is all that is required. Instead of watching TV for 4 hours in your day, Make time for your Health and make time for yourself.
7) Simple exercises and a regular schedule will make it easy. They do not require a lot of equipment.
