Luckily, the Western Cape is home to the country's top NICU units, located in both private and public healthcare institutions. The theme for World Diabetes Day 2025 is Diabetes across life stages.

This year the theme focuses on prevention and management of patients across their lifespan. A holistic approach to treatment of patients is the ideal and we at Health at Hart Medical Practice will continue to adopt this approach as we do so with all our acute and chronic disease patients.
