I notice some people pop in to my daily lives of my internal Kung Fu warm ups

Let me explain internal Kung Fu is traditionally taught to people 40 and over who have already mastered an external art like Shaolin , karate etc boxing even

So as the body ages the wear and tear from exercises should be reduced with the attention to developing tendon and ligament strength instead of muscle strength

We train the mind and organs instead of the muscles.

The other exercises seem boring and even odd but I assure you these exercises are all traditional exercises that are done and tsught by the the masters of internal styles such as hsing I and bagua and tai chi

Was the first wing Chun form
Followed by 100 punches
A tai chi warm up
Followed by 5 stances held 5 min each this is the current daily morning warm up before
Forms drills and kung fu training !!!!.

Get a schedule and stick to it .do it daily
That is Kung Fu energy time
