"People look exactly like the choices they make" is a quote by and I do not like it 🤔

⬛️They guy standing next to you who looks so fit could be dealing with a dozen symptoms and traumas invisible to the naked eye.

⬜️People who 'look unhealthy' could be doing everything right-for-them, and be full of energy and feel fantastic

🔲🔳 how people look is so much deeper than your 1st impression. Always

Have we so lost touch with our body that we no longer know what healing looks like? 🤨 fever, snot, cough, fatigue and inflammation are your body's way of defending itself against an invader - be it a bacteria, a virus, a toxin or a frankenfood 🤕

Suppress these healing signs, and it will take waaay longer to get over it...

I'm not sure about the fasting tbh, but my granny did always say 'starve a cold'...
