Hourglass Pilates is back in full swing in 2022. I would like to welcome Cheryl Baines to Hourglass Pilates which means we can accommodate more clients this year.
Cheryl is an experienced instructor and is a really lovely and patient person as well. She still has a few timeslots available for private and duet sessions so please contact me if you would like to get more information or book a session.

Hello everyone, hope you are well and staying safe. I will be continuing Zoom Pilates classes throughout the month of June, 9am Monday to Thursday and one 6pm class per week. Contact me should you be interested in joining. Let’s stay strong and keep moving at home together 💪
