For over 20 years, we’ve watched our students come as matriculants and have turned into skilled professionals, achieving a staggering 90% pass rate through our holistic 3-phase model. This year, we are ready to empower even more youth with disabilities to take their rightful place in the South African workforce.

GBV Survivor Support: Financial aid for emergency shelter, essential counselling, and our specialist animal-assisted therapy, helping survivors rebuild dignity.

For individuals with disabilities who also face challenges based on their gender identity, socio-economic background, or age, the unique challenges and strengths are profound.

True inclusion means understanding these multiple layers of identity. Let's create a space to hear all stories. ❤️

How does an inclusive workplace actually feel? It's when a coworker with a hearing impairment participates in a brainstorming session while being captioned in real time.

It's the knowledge that a team member who is neurodivergent may require a more peaceful environment in order to concentrate.

The goal is to create an environment where everyone can perform at their highest level, not to make special exceptions. We are constructing the work of the future in this manner. ⚖️

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠💙 At the Nthuse Foundation, we believe true empowerment starts with well-being.

We provide vital counselling for at-risk women and GBV survivors, and we utilise Animal-Assisted Therapy for children with disabilities, building mental resilience alongside skills.

Mental health is the foundation for ability. Support our programmes and help us make mental health a priority!
