🧺🍬 Supermarket Sensory Day on a Rainy Day

Despite the rain tapping gently on the windows, our Supermarket Sensory Day was full of energy and excitement. Indoors, we transformed our space into a bustling mini supermarket, filled with textures, scents, and sounds that sparked curiosity. From the rustle of paper grocery bags to the scent of fresh "produce" (play-dough and fruits), every station gave children a chance to explore with their senses.

The rainy weather made it the perfect day for cosy indoor play, and the kids loved pushing mini carts, scanning pretend items, and feeling different packaging materials. It was a wonderful way to combine imaginative play with sensory learning — no umbrellas required!
