🚀 We’re Hiring: Junior IT Support Agent
📍 Centurion | On-site / Hybrid
Our client is looking for a Junior IT Support Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a solid foundation in IT support within a SaaS environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing first-line IT support to users on our web and mobile platforms
Troubleshooting basic application, system, and user issues
- Logging and managing support tickets via Jira
- Assisting with documentation and knowledge base updates
- Working closely with senior IT team members to resolve issues efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- Matric plus an IT qualification (NQF 5 or 6)
- A+ and N+ certification
- 1–3 years’ experience in IT or helpdesk support
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Google Workspace, and MS Office
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
