Hi! I’m Kyla, and this is how it all started...

I started as a cadet paramedic at 16, learning firsthand how emergencies unfold.

I then studied early childhood development, discovering a passion for teaching and guiding people. 🩹✨

This journey led me to create KJ First Aid Training, where I combine my love for the human body, medical emergencies, and teaching to help caregivers, teams, and individuals gain confidence, skills, and peace of mind. 💪

This isn’t just a business – it’s my passion, my home, and my way of helping others feel confident and safe

💛 March is Endometriosis Awareness Month 💛

Endometriosis is not “just bad period pain.” It’s a chronic condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus, causing severe pain, inflammation, fatigue, heavy bleeding, and sometimes infertility.

So many women are undiagnosed and suffer in silence for years. They are often told it’s “normal” or that they are overreacting. It is NOT normal for pain to stop you from living your life.

Common symptoms:

• Severe period pain
• Pelvic pain outside your cycle
• Pain during in*******se
• Heavy or irregular bleeding
• Bloating and extreme fatigue
• Fertility struggles

Men, partners, employers, friends.. please educate yourselves. Listen. Believe women.
