Watching this video from the end of my *ISTA training* in 2024… I remember the laughter, the tears, the raw honesty. A room full of humans who chose depth over small talk. Who weren’t afraid of intimacy, truth, or transformation.

Your nervous system relaxes differently when you’re around people who get it.

Who speak the language of growth, embodiment, consciousness… and a little bit of mischief.
Find your tribe.
Or create one.

Because healing is beautiful…
but healing in community? That’s magnetic.

Horse & Rider 🐎

In my work, I often speak about the Horse and the Rider.

The Rider is the mind.
The decision-maker.
The one holding the reins.
The part of you that plans, controls, calculates, and tries to “figure things out.”

The Horse is the body.
The one that breaths without being told.
The one that feels before you think.
The one that lives, plays, runs, tightens, opens, shuts down, softens.

Most people live only as the Rider.
They override the Horse.

They say “push through” when the body says “rest.”
They say “it’s fine” when the body says “this hurts.”
They say “I’m not scared” while the chest is tight and the jaw is locked.

But here’s the truth…

If the Rider never listens, the Horse eventually stops responding.
And when the Horse shuts down — so does your pleasure, your libido, your vitality, your intuition.

Strong Horse.
Present Rider.
Clear communication between the two.

That’s where alignment lives.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is loosen the reins…
and ask your body what it needs.

And then actually listen.

This is the foundation of the work I do — rebuilding trust between your mind and your body.

Because when Horse and Rider move as one…
life flows differently.

My monstera clearly couldn’t contain herself today.

Then there’s my poor man’s orchid,
still blooming since July last year.
Consistency. Devotion. Absolute queen behaviour.

And my giant elephant ears…
big, bold, dramatic, unapologetic.
Honestly, same.
This garden flirts with me daily.

Big leaves, soft petals, intoxicating scents —
how could I not feel good?

This brings me joy today.
And I’m letting it show.

Some days I move my body to feel strong.

Some days to feel soft.
And some days… just to see what happens when I try something new.

I saw a movement, felt curious, and let my body play.
No pressure. No perfection. Just exploration.

Challenging my body like this reminds me how intelligent it is,
how quickly it adapts, how beautifully it responds when I listen. I love my body 😍
Movement doesn’t always have to be serious.

Sometimes it’s just fun.
And sometimes, fun is the medicine. ✨🌀

I challenged my body today...
Not to punish it, not to perfect it, but to meet it.

To see what happens when I ask instead of demand, when I listen instead of control.
And WoW… the body is incredible.🤩😱

Strong. Fluid. Intelligent. Creative. Life-giving.

I saw this movement online and felt inspired to try it in my own way.
Letting my body respond, and express itself as only my body can!

This is your reminder that when you challenge the body with curiosity and respect, it shows you just how powerful, capable, and alive it truly is.

It’s doing so much more than you think. 🪷
